beliefs to live up to your potential
If you have no confidence in self, you are twice defeated in the race of life.– Marcus Garvey
I told my younger sister when she became a mother; the best gifts you can give your child are love and confidence. I truly believe that there is a massive correlation between our success in life and our confidence. Confidence is fuel to our behaviors, actions, decisions and most importantly, happy living.
When we lack confidence or have low self-esteem for one reason or another, we settle for less. We accept realities that we don’t like. We do things because someone else wants us to not, because we believe in them. We fail exams, we get sick, we stay in abusive relationships, we don’t follow our dreams. We settle for less and become miserable.
Having confidence is having the fire within that ignites our talents, our intellects and our actions. The way we view ourselves decides if we will be victims or victors. In this workshop, together we will light that fire, show you the magnificence within you, and you will learn how to keep it and use it to stay radiant.
Your net worth to the world is usually determined by what remains after your bad habits are subtracted from your good ones.– Benjamin Franklin
Habits, are part of us. We consciously or not, develop them from early age. They are changeable, replaceable and obtainable which is the good news.
We all habits that we wish if we can get rid of or habits we would like to attain. In this workshop you will learn how to do that.
In life, we will always encounter difficult people. Don't allow them to frustrate you or steal your joy.– Victoria Osteen
We have all had that one difficult person we can’t deal with. We think the easiest solution is to walk away from them. But what if that person is a family member, partner, boss, employee or colleague? You can’t always walk away from people, especially if they play a crucial role in your life.
We need to learn how to deal with such characters. We need to be equipped with tools that help us break the wall of ice their behavior creates, and protect ourselves from the emotional and mental exhaustion they can cause.
In this workshop we will shed light on different personalities and how to deal with them while still being true to our values.
Time is what we want most, but what we use worst.– William Penn
We all have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, what we choose to do with our time differs from person to person due to many factors.
We often hear ourselves say, I don’t have time to exercise, or get a degree, or finish that book I started and so on. We often blame our shortcomings on lack of time.
But do we really not have enough time? I doubt it. What most of us are unable to do is use time properly. In this workshop we will understand time, our need for it, and how to make the most of it.
You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.– Martin Luther King, Jr
We all have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, what we choose to do with our time differs from person to person due to many factors.
Procrastination is a bitter sweet frenemy. It doesn’t mean we are not working or doing something, it just means we postpone urgent matters for less urgent and more enjoyable ones. We all, at one point, will chose to go out with friends rather than do our assignments, or push our deadlines because we have something more interesting to do than finishing that one boring project, or live with that painful tooth until we lose sleep over it and finally drag ourselves to a dentist.
We all procrastinate, some more than the others. In this workshop, we will shed light on this topic and how to deal with it.
Getting stress out of your life takes more than prayer alone. You must take action to make changes and stop doing whatever is causing the stress. You can learn to calm down in the way you handle things.– Joyce Meyer
Here comes one of our very close frenemies, one that’s called stress. As much as we misunderstand it, stress can actually become a friend if we manage it well.
Like everything in life, it’s all about balance. It’s about how we manage the right level of stress in this busy world so we can be motivated to achieve without compromising our health and wellbeing. It’s also about taking care of oneself when the stress levels are too high. Some people perform better under pressure and some just collapse. There are many psychological and physiological reasons behind this, which you will learn about.
In this workshop you will learn about stress, how to identify it, measure it, manage it and live with it.
You can look for external sources of motivation and that can catalyse a change, but it won't sustain one. It has to be from an internal desire.– Jillian Michaelsr
Let's be honest, we have all had that moment when we said “Goodness me, I have no energy or desire to do this”, we have all had that one report or one assignment when we said “Ugh I can’t get myself to do it”, and we have all had that one housekeeping task we resent (personally, I hate ironing with passion) but yet we have to do it.
It is easy to motivate ourselves to do things we love, because we already love them and find joy in doing them. These usually make-up 20% of what we do on daily basis. If you have a higher percentage of the things you do and love, then you are one of the lucky ones, the ones who have cracked the code of cheering life. But how about the rest of us who are left with the big chunks of undesired, unenjoyable, boring tasks that we have to do? That’s what you learn to do in this workshop.
When your values are clear to you, making decisions becomes easier.– Roy E. Disney
Our behavior, decisions, priorities and principles are heavily impacted by our values. We have these deep beliefs that consciously or subconsciously become major contributing factors in how we live, work and have relationships.
Being aware of the values we live by and hold dear can help us make better decisions about every aspect of our lives. By honoring certain values, you may make your life happier and the world a better place, while honoring other values may make you miss out on opportunities and experiences. Does this mean values can be good or bad? Yes, and no, because its relative. A value that is extremely important to you might not be important to me.
So let’s find out more about your values, how to make them clear and how you can use them to transform your life.
Each person holds so much power within themselves that needs to be let out. Sometimes they just need a little nudge, a little direction, a little support, a little coaching, and the greatest things can happen.– Pete Carroll
We all, without exception, have that leader within us, the wise voice that guide us, the calm voice that says its ok, the cheerful voice that says you can do it. I have no doubt that you have heard these voices at least once in your life. Some of us call them (gut feeling) or (spiritual enlightenment) or (God-given guidance). Whatever you call them, they are there, they are your crew if you learn how to be their captain. You can lead these intuitive powers within you and allow them to help you achieve anything you want to. With few simple techniques, you can find them, recruit them, and lead them to achieving the positive life you want to create.
You cannot have a positive life and a negative mind.– Joyce Meyer
Saboteurs? You know them very well, you hear them sometimes, especially when you are about to do something good or different. They are small voices that can mask their intention by making it sound like they are looking after your wellbeing. They are the background noise that drain your energy and make it more difficult for you to focus and achieve what you want. They sound like something like this (you can’t, but what if, you are not good enough, why bother! Maybe later, they will laugh at you, they will hate you, you will humiliate yourself)
Do you recognize them yet? Yes, exactly. These are your saboteurs.
If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.– Albert Einstein
Much like we can’t live without oxygen; our dreams, purpose and visions can’t survive or be reached without goals. Knowing what we want is very important, but not enough. Goals are the engine of our actions, driving us to move forward with our plans, keeping us on a path and focusing us on reaching our destination.
The mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive, but in finding something to live for.– Fyodor Dostoyevsky
Like everything in this universe, we serve a purpose, we are here to contribute to the world in one way or another. As soon as we realize our purpose, our goals become clearer, and our actions become more focused. We start living from and for our purpose. We will start living instead of making a living because with purpose, comes passion, and with passion, comes motivation and the eagerness to wake up in the morning and dance with the music of life.
If you can’t find any joy in life, perhaps you have a vision problem. – Tim Fargo

I understand there are many challenges and show stoppers between us and what we desire, however, when there is a will there is a way. No Boss, competitive colleague, or circumstance can stop between you and what you want if you really want it.
In this workshop you will learn about the powers within you, the tactics and strategies of winners, how to influence people and get them to say yes to what you want, and you will take the first step to win what you desire.
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.– John Quincy Adams
Leadership in the modern day became one of the most abused words in business. There is still huge gap between being a leader and being a manager. That said, leadership is a quality we all have. We don’t need to gain it, it’s there. And We definitely don’t need to have a big title to demonstrate it.
What we need to do is to recognize it, bring it to life, nurture it, and learn how to inspire others with it. In this workshop you will learn how to be more of an inspiring leader at your job and community.
It's all about quality of life and finding a happy balance between work and friends and family.– Philip Green

The world hates change, yet it is the only thing that has brought progress.– Charles Kettering
I’ve always believed that change is the only constant in life, beside death of course which I think we will find cure for it one day. As humans it’s in our nature to create change and resist it. Without change, there is no progress, and without progress, there is no civilizations. We have always find a way to create and lead changes. As scary as some changes are, we need to embrace them and get the most out of them. Another thing I always say: Change is always good, even if it was a bad change.
It’s crucial for our growth and development in all life aspects. In this workshop we will learn about change in the work place, how to create it, lead it, embrace it, and most importantly get the best results out of it.
Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.– Paul J. Meyer

You plan to have dinner with your friends, you decide when and where and what you will wear and how you will get there. You plan on buying a new car, so you think of how much you can afford, the color, the features, the brand etc.
We plan more than we realize. We do it every day. So how can we build on this natural skill in business and build effective and efficient plans to achieve our goals. That’s what you will learn in this workshop.
No matter how much experience you have, how many degrees you have, or how well known you have become — there is always something new to learn. Don’t rest on your past experiences. If you do nothing to improve your skills, you won’t stay where you are.– Laura Spencer
As important it is to know our weaknesses, it is crucially important to know our strengths. As Sun Tzu explained in his famous book the art of war; our weakness can turn to strength and our strength can turn to weakness.
We need to be fully aware of our capabilities regardless if we think of them as positive or negative. They all serve a purpose in our journey depends on where, when and how we use them.
It is important to spend more time on building on our strengths than on developing our weaknesses. I know this is different from what we are used to in the business world, but in this workshop you will discover many methods to make the most out of your traits and reach your awesomeness.

Why should we worry about what others think of us, do we have more confidence in their opinions than we do our own? – Brigham Young
We live in a world where sadly a lot of people link their self-worth with the worth of the brands they wear and the cars they drive. Unfortunately, it starts early in schools. Children, teenagers and even adults face a numerous pressure to appear and look certain way. With the influence of the media and social pressure, self-esteem is in decrease and the need to please others is climbing. I meet a lot of people who hates their bodies, the color of their eyes, the way they smile, and their sense of fashion for no reason but because it doesn’t match the latest image of a famous model on a magazine or the latest summer lines trends.
Self-image and self-esteem are very important for us to achieve and reach our potentials. In this workshop, you will learn about how to appreciate yourself and become resilient towards the peer, social, and media pressure, and how to be authentic.
