You cannot have a positive life and a negative mind.– Joyce Meyer
Saboteurs? You know them very well, you hear them sometimes, especially when you are about to do something good or different. They are small voices that can mask their intention by making it sound like they are looking after your wellbeing. They are the background noise that drain your energy and make it more difficult for you to focus and achieve what you want. They sound like something like this (you can’t, but what if, you are not good enough, why bother! Maybe later, they will laugh at you, they will hate you, you will humiliate yourself)
Do you recognize them yet? Yes, exactly. These are your saboteurs.

Before you join the workshop
Take 10 minutes to reflect on situations where you tried to do something new or different but you didn’t. Do you remember what you told yourself, can you remember the thoughts that ran through your head? How often do you tell yourself that? Write these things down or make a mental note.
If you don’t have time to do this before the session, don’t worry. Showing up is half the battle.
