New Joiner

The expert in anything was once a beginner.– Helen Heyes

When I first joined my job 12 years ago, I was a 21 years old graduate who is full of life, ambition, curiosity and eagerness to learn and produce results.

Over my career I met many people who felt the same way when they joined the organization as a new graduate or relocated from another job or department. Regardless of how different our skill sets and backgrounds were, we shared the same challenges! The challenge of integrating to the work environment, understanding the politics, clarifying our responsibilities, and most importantly making sure we are in the right place to produce the best results. In this workshop you will learn how to deal with the challenges of being new to a team, a department or a company.
