Let's be honest, we have all had that moment when we said “Goodness me, I have no energy or desire to do this”, we have all had that one report or one assignment when we said “Ugh I can’t get myself to do it”, and we have all had that one housekeeping task we resent (personally, I hate ironing with passion) but yet we have to do it.

It is easy to motivate ourselves to do things we love, because we already love them and find joy in doing them. These usually make-up 20% of what we do on daily basis. If you have a higher percentage of the things you do and love, then you are one of the lucky ones, the ones who have cracked the code of cheering life. But how about the rest of us who are left with the big chunks of undesired, unenjoyable, boring tasks that we have to do? That’s what you learn to do in this workshop.

Take 10 minutes and think of the things you lack the motivation to do. Then ask yourself, why don’t you want to do them? Make a mental note or write them down and bring them.
If you don’t get the chance to do so, no worries, showing up is half the battle.
