Before you join the workshop
Take some time and go over your daily routine. Make a list of your daily habits. Think about how useful they are to you. Highlight the ones you would like to change. Make a mental note or write them down. If you don’t get the chance to do that before the workshop, no worries, showing up is half the battle.
