You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.– Martin Luther King, Jr
We all have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, what we choose to do with our time differs from person to person due to many factors.
Procrastination is a bitter sweet frenemy. It doesn’t mean we are not working or doing something, it just means we postpone urgent matters for less urgent and more enjoyable ones. We all, at one point, will chose to go out with friends rather than do our assignments, or push our deadlines because we have something more interesting to do than finishing that one boring project, or live with that painful tooth until we lose sleep over it and finally drag ourselves to a dentist.
We all procrastinate, some more than the others. In this workshop, we will shed light on this topic and how to deal with it.
